Andrew Hayman
MD, MHSA
Andrew Hayman, M.D., MHSA, is an internationally recognized expert in integrative medicine. He is currently Director of the Integrative and Metabolic Medicine Program at George Washington University.
Prior to taking this position, he spent 16 years at the University of Michigan working to create one of the largest and most successful academic integrative medicine programs in the United States.

MD, MPH, MS
Pamela Wartian Smith, M.D., MPH, MS spent her first twenty years of practice as an emergency room physician with the Detroit Medical Center and then 26-years as an Anti-Aging/Functional Medicine specialist. She is a diplomat of the Board of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Physicians and is an internationally known speaker and author on the subject of Personalized Medicine.
She also holds a Master’s in Public Health Degree along with a Master’s Degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine.

James B. Laval, R.Ph., C.C.N. M.T. DHM, DHPh., is an internationally recognized clinical pharmacist, author, and board certified clinical nutritionist with over 35 years of clinical experience. LaValle is best known for his expertise in effective healthcare and holistic care, which he has personally observed thousands of clients over the years.
Has extensive experience in natural foods, lifestyle, drug / nutrient depletion and identifying the underlying metabolic problems that prevent people from feeling healthy and resilient. He has developed programs for several industries including fitness, professional sports teams, and healthcare companies.

The main activity of the company is compound - pharmaceuticals, the production of extemporal dosage forms, taking into account the personalization of the patient. Development of new diagnostic technologies, including the transfer and application of the results of multi-mix studies aimed at a comprehensive study of the functioning of cells, tissues and the whole organism.
The main strategic goal of R-Pharm Compound together with A4M in Russia is to actively build a new paradigm for healthcare, train and assist clinicians in developing their diagnostic skills, and study advanced testing tools.
